I belong to the bipedal species Homo sapiens sapiens, a "mostly harmless" species from Sol 3. The use of the subjective qualifier "mostly" is the subject of a weighty tome by the late Douglas Adams; I'd just like to add my two cents and say that, to the dodo and wooly-toothed mammoths, we are obviously not harmless! Or to each other. But in the grander scheme, yes, mostly harmless.
